Pedigree Charts - Members Only

Whenever a pedigree chart is returned to the Society it is indexed by name and place and filed. Our on-line surname index is up-dated on a regular basis. This depends on the numbers of charts received but is usually three times a year after our Newsletters are issued. Photo-copies of these charts are available on request, but only to current members. 

There is a small charge for this photocopy service to cover costs of materials and postage. Payment must be sent with the request. (Members' Interests, as submitted by New Members on their membership application form, will continue to appear in the first Newsletter issued after their membership has been accepted. Please note that these submissions should be brief.)

Requests for copies of pedigree charts must be made in writing. Mark the envelope Pedigree Chart Request and use the address shown above. Quote the Index No of the charts you require. Please note that this is a paper based service. We are unable to accept requests by e-mail. Photocopy costs and postage are the only charges we make for this service.

Overseas Members Requests for Charts: Cost = £1.50 for up to 5 A4 size charts. Add 25p for each additional copy, airmail postage costs are included.
UK Members Requests for Charts: Cost= 20p per A4 copy plus postage. We will respond more quickly if you enclose a S.A.E. with your order.
